Wow.
This interview was absolutely phenomenal.
If you don’t know Diana Londoño, you better get to knowing.
Tune in my first ever “videocast” with someone who I considered to be a big friggin’ deal in the physician wellness world.
I am honored that a giant like her in this space would take time to sit down and spend 40 minutes on a weekday to discuss some topics we are both so passionate about.
Some of the main talking points Diana and I hit in our interview are:
The importance of self-care.
The power of physician coaching.
The need for change in our broken healthcare system.
The impact that chronic stress has on our body and minds.
How medicine can be so toxic and inhumane.
Much more!
Check out her bio below. Additionally, links are provided where you can find some of her amazing resources, and also get in contact with her.
Believe me - you will want to take advantage of both of these opportunities. She is an amazing and wonderful human.
But I’ll let the video do the talking.

NEXT WEEKS EPISODE…
We are going to pivot a bit and talk about something I’m just getting to know more about…investing! (dun dun dunnnnnn).
Join me and Philip Chan, CEO of Lightspeed Investing, as we embark on a podcast series detailing his incredible story, investing in the futures markets, running a business, and the wonderful world of entrepreneurship.
Philip has already taught me so much in the way of investing and entrepreneurship, something that we as physicians (and anybody, honestly) should consider as a fundamental part of lives and careers. We will discuss how doing so can alleviate feelings of burnout and despondency with our broken healthcare system. If you want to grow your wealth, and you want to do so efficiently, you won’t want to miss this upcoming series.
DISCLAIMER
I am a physician. But the intent and purpose of this podcast and my writing is not to deliver medical advice. It is instead a tool for physicians- and quite frankly, everyone - to learn about burnout, engage in a safe-space community, and hear stories of the host and guests to help all who are listening and reading. If you are in need of medical advice or assistance, please see your own personal primary care provider.
